About
Taylor & Boyd are aiming to raise funds for our chosen charity, Sands NI, by taking part in a number of fundraising events throughout the year.
Sands NI are a fantastic neonatal death and stillbirth charity, who help to support bereaved families going through the pain and grief of loosing a baby.
Firstly, we welcome all staff to consider taking part in walking, dancing or running 100km each throughout the month of March. It'll be a great way to get a 'Spring' in your step! There are sheets available to record your own progress, which we will issue to all staff in due course. We kindly ask you submit your progress at the end of March to Sarah.
For those that have not achieved the full 100km, we'll have a special 'surprise' for you...
We are then taking part in this year's Belfast Marathon on Sunday 5th May 2024, with five of our esteemed colleagues partaking as a team in the Relay and one of our braver colleagues, Michael McElhinney, taking on the full Marathon!
Considering the training etc. involved, those taking part in the relay or marathon are excluded from the 100km challenge, but will be encouraging everyone else to do their bit!
